Review by hotel critic
Tell Apartments in Stans is a delightful choice for those seeking a practical yet comfortable stay in a prime location. Conveniently situated near Stans Railway station with smooth access to Luzern, the apartment offers a good-sized room with functional amenities like a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The bathroom is adequate without any extravagant touches, but the refreshing shower meets the basic requirements.Upon arrival, the staff at the adjacent Italian restaurant, which manages the apartments, were amiable and accommodating. The ease of parking and proximity to the restaurant are added conveniences for guests. Though lacking air conditioning, the apartment was surprisingly cool even during hot temperatures, making for a satisfactory stay. While Tell Apartments offers decent value for a short visit, the emphasis is more on practicality than luxury. For those interested in exploring the charming town of Stans and its surroundings, this option provides a comfortable and convenient base, especially for travelers on a budget.
